Constantius II, as Caesar, 324-337. Light Miliarense (Silver, 23 mm, 4.03 g, 12 h), Constantinopolis, 333. FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantius II to right. Rev. GLORIA EX-ERCITVS / •CONSI• Female personification (Pax-Securitas) standing front, head to left and legs crossed, holding branch in her right hand and long scepter in her left, leaning with left elbow on column. Ramskold, Silver emissions (2018), p. 177, fig. 11H (emission 4). RIC 57. RSC 91b. Extremely rare, one of only three known from officina I and the only example in private hands. Somewhat rough and with minor areas of horn silver, otherwise, about very fine.
